Chita is the administrative city of Zabaykalsky Krai in Russia. Total population of this city is 324,444. It is the 56th largest city of Russia by its population. . It is present in the east side of Irkutsk. Total area of the city is 534 km2.

History of Chita
This city was founded in 1653. At that time, Turkish and Mongolian tribes lived in this area. After that Chinese traders came to this place for trading and developed the city in terms of new buildings and railways systems.
