Vladivostok lies near the borders of China and North Korea

This city is the administrative center of Primorsky Krai. The population of the city is nearly 592,034. ( Data of 2010).  It is the 22nd largest city of Russia by population. The administration of the city divides it into a total of five rural localities. This is also the port city of Russia.  It was originally built as a military outpost in 1860.This city is a Hub of Export and import of country, The city is 3983 miles away from the Russian capital, Moscow.

Climate of Vladivostok

The monsoon winds cause a relatively humid climate in the city. The winters may get as cold as – 12 C. The summers are also quite warm and humid due to the East Asian Monsoon winds. And the temperature may increase to 35C in summers.

There are so many great educational institute and universities, Far Easter State Technical Fisheries University and Vladivostok state Universities are the main educational center of this city.

Economy of Vladivostok

The city is a  very progressive area for trade in Russia. A number of industries and naval base are well established in the city. Fishing and shipping of goods are the main economic supporters . The import of Japanese cars is  also performed through the port of Vladivostok.

There are lots of amazing places and tourist come here to see these places from all over the world, Zolotoy Rog Bridge is the well-known tourist attractions. It was built over the Golden Horn Bay and is the longest cable stayed bridge of the world. People love to visit the beach attractions of Popov and  Shok Islands.
