Vladivostok lies near the borders of China and North Korea

This city is the administrative center of Primorsky Krai. The population of the city is nearly 592,034. ( Data of 2010).  It is the 22nd largest city of Russia by population. The administration of the city divides it into a total of five rural localities. This is also the port city of Russia.  It was originally built as a military outpost in 1860.This city is a Hub of Export and import of country, The city is 3983 miles away from the Russian capital, Moscow.

The monsoon winds cause a relatively humid climate in the city. The winters may get as cold as – 12 C. The summers are also quite warm and humid due to the East Asian Monsoon winds. And the temperature may increase to 35C in summers.
